- Building an SME lending platform for MBR through review and enhancement of bank policies, credit process and systems, risk approach and monitoring of eligibility and compliance criteria.
- The project also focuses on marketing and product development and staff motivation and training, including a women entrepreneurs campaign in order to build and support the above mentioned platform.
SERVICES
- Training, marketing and product development, credit process and policies, risk assessment, MIS/IT, and SME loans review.
RESULTS
- Three million Euro have been disbursed to SMEs within the first three months of assignment.
